FARMINGDALE, N.Y., July 13, 2010 -- Cemtrex Inc. (OTCQB: CTEI) announced the release of its IntelliCEMS Greenhouse Gas Analyzers specifically for underground coal mines, industrial wastewater treatment systems, industrial waste landfills and magnesium production facilities which now fall under a new EPA amendment. The amendment to 40 CFR Part 98 was recently put into action requiring new emissions monitoring requirements for several different facilities. These facilities are now required to report their emissions of greenhouse gases if they fall under specific guidelines. The facilities that are subject to Subpart FF must begin monitoring greenhouse gas emissions on January 1, 2011, in accordance with the methods specified in the subpart.
“The EPA estimated over 680 facilities that are affected by the new amendment.
