G-CEM 4100 Hot-Wet CEMS Analyzer

G-CEM 4100 Hot-Wet CEMS Analyzer

The G-CEM4100 is a hot extractive analyzer using infrared absorption spectroscopy to measure up to seven gases in a single self-contained chamber unit. The conventional extractive systems require sampled gases to be cleaned and dried to a very high purity prior to analysis invariably resulting in a elaborate sampling system requiring high maintenance. Model G-CEM4100 draws gases through a coarse filter probe and transports to the measurement chamber via a short heated sample hose-without elaborate conditioning.

  • Multiple gases in one Analyzer
  • Minimal sampling required
  • Suitable for mass emissions analysis
  • Fully compliant to 40CFR60 and 75
  • Remote MODEM/Web access
  •

No chillers, pumps or sampling system required

Most suitable for analysis of water soluble gases by hot-wet technique like ammonia

Water vapor also measured to compensate for true EPA Mass emissions data

Low cost NDIR on-stack continuous monitoring for 7 gases in one analyzer most suitable high temperature process or flue gas

Simple installation with only ONE module, NEMA 4X Analyzer and sample and Cal gas connections

    Summary Specification

    Measurements

Main measurement channels (1-7): Any combination of up to seven gases from CO/CO2 /NO/NO2 /SO2 /HCl/UHC/H2 O
    Measurement Limits (maximum): CO2 /H2 O 50% (vol); SO2 50000 ppm (vol) Others 6000 ppm (vol)
    Measurement Spans: CO/NO/NO2 /SO2 /HCl/UHC selectable up to 9,999vpm; CO2 /H2 O selectable up to 99%

Note that although very low spans can be configured, this should not be done without consideration of the measurement uncertainty.
    Measurement Uncertainty

    CO2 /H2 O ± 0.2%; other gases ± 2ppm or ±2% of measurement (whichever is the greater).

    Measurement Temperature (Flue gas)

Dew point to 600°C (below dewpoint by arrangement)

    Measurement Units

    Ppm (vol), mg/m3; mg/Nm3; kg/h, tones/annum by arrangement
