Qualified people are training in every aspect of maintenance and troubleshooting for each principle component used in a Cemtrex gas monitoring system. Many of our technicians combine their in-depth knowledge of system performance with applications experience to assist the user in understanding how to apply the Cemtrex system to achieve maximum benefits plant-wide.
Installation, Start Up and Certification
Cemtrex will work with your on site team to prepare and coordinate any necessary COMS work in order to support your project schedule. At the time of scheduled installation of the proposed hardware, an experienced Cemtrex technician will coordinate with the appropriate installation personnel to provide direction and guidance regarding specific installation requirements. During installation, the layout drawings, equipment location, and mounting requirements will be reviewed. An inspection and inventory of equipment received will also be performed. After installation is complete, there is a careful review of the internal workings of the system to ensure that no damage occurred during shipment or installation.
Cemtrex COMS Training Services
Once the COMS is installed, certified, and operational, maintaining a high level of data availability is very important. This will require a consistent method for performing preventive maintenance, quality assurance tests, response to system alarms, and resolving monitor problems. Training can provide plant personnel with the edge to successfully operate your COMS within state and federal guidelines.
