Supply Chain/Operations Manager

Cemtrex is looking for a smart, driven individual to join our organization as Supply Chain/Operations Manager. In this capacity, you will serve as a key member of the organization by helping to develop and manage global end-to-end supply chains, as well as to ensure we are achieving the highest level of efficiency. Through this highly visible role, you will have ownership over processes and segments that directly impact the success of the business.

The Supply Chain/Operations Manager’s principle duties include:

  • Functioning as the primary interface to external customers to align supply and demand
  • Developing and leading the Sales and Operations Planning process
  • Leading the master scheduling and Production Planning functions
  • Overseeing procurement and purchasing activities
  • Identifying and developing new sourcing strategies
  • Successfully executing the business strategy
  • Proactively supporting team performance and driving accountability

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Business Administration
  • Minimum – 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Operations Management role
  • Minimum – 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Synchronization, Strategic Sourcing and supplier relationships
  • Experience working with both domestic and international suppliers
  • Advanced knowledge in Distribution, International Regulation and Warehouse Management
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP software and systems
  • Ability to analyze and make performance trade-offs
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional and positive attitude as well as a passion for continuous improvement
