Cemtrex Inc. (NASDAQ: CETX) has launched a new innovative technology group focused on developing cutting edge products for IoT product markets. Cemtrex is looking for a talented, driven individual to join our organization as VP of Business Development. This position will be responsible for corporate client acquisition for our cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) products, including the Cemtrex SmartDesk, the reinvention of the personal workspace. The person will spearhead business development activities from the ground up to proactively cultivate the growth process.
We are looking for an experienced hands-on manager who is seeking a challenge and the opportunity to demonstrate his/her talents and reap the rewards from building a business. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in technology and electronic products. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer & VP of the Advanced Technologies Division.
Proactively sell to new customers and manage existing client relationships
Direct responsibility for the identification, contact, qualification and development of viable new accounts.
Accurately forecast and deliver revenue commitments
Manage the prospecting plan development and execution for new accounts at a very high level.
Work closely with other internal functions including Marketing, Sales Engineering and Technical Support
Build a personal network of executive relationships within key customers and partners to leverage for value creation in customer references, PR, media, industry events, etc
Responsible for the development, execution, and delivery of quality solution focused client presentations at a “C” level.
Identify, evaluate and manage new business opportunities and marketing initiatives.
Actively and continuously pursue new business to expand organizational growth.
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
Establish new alliances with various other companies and customers to secure long term revenue streams and expand existing markets.

5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales – Consumer Electronics, IT or similar
Outstanding, proven sales experience
Proven abilities in operating with very senior clients, creating long term relationships and delivering programs of major impact within complex organizations.
Team oriented and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence
Sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at the highest levels of client organizations
Excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities
Demonstrated people leadership; exceptional track record as a leader who finds, develops and cultivates outstanding teams
